About Jeff Bramstedt

Jeff Bramstedt is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and expert in leadership, risk management, and personal resilience. With decades of experience in special operations, skydiving, executive security, and nonprofit leadership, Jeff has dedicated his life to serving others—whether in the military, private sector, or humanitarian efforts.

Military & Special Operations Career

Born in St. Louis, MO, and raised in central Wisconsin, Jeff enlisted in the U.S. Navy and graduated from BUD/S Class 183 in 1992. As a member of SEAL Team One, he completed multiple operational deployments and became an expert in underwater combat, small weapons tactics, tracking, precision driving, intelligence gathering, and close-quarters combat. His second duty station was Special Boat Team 12, where he trained military personnel in trauma medicine, patrolling, and advanced insertion techniques.

In 1999, Jeff was selected to join the Navy Leap Frogs Parachute Team, performing nationwide to promote military recruitment. During this time, he became an FAA-certified parachute rigger, tandem jumpmaster, and aerial photographer, personally overseeing parachute maintenance that saved over 13 lives. After medically retiring in 2004, he completed two combat deployments to Iraq as a civilian contractor before transitioning into business and nonprofit leadership.

Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership

Jeff is the owner and operator of Skydive San Diego and Tactical Air Operations, two of the world’s premier skydiving and military training companies. His leadership has expanded these businesses into top-tier training hubs for U.S. and foreign militaries, including special operations units. Through strategic marketing, cost analysis, and operational excellence, he has grown these companies into industry leaders.

Jeff is also a 21-year veteran stuntman, performing in blockbuster films and commercials. His work in Hollywood helps fund his nonprofit initiatives, extending his impact beyond the private sector.

Nonprofit & Humanitarian Work

Jeff has founded and led several high-impact nonprofit organizations that continue to serve military personnel, veterans, and at-risk individuals:

Mission Force (1999-Present): Supports current and former military members with post-deployment reintegration, suicide prevention, and career transition assistance.

Saved in America (2011-Present): A leading child recovery organization with a 100% success rate in rescuing sexually exploited and missing children. Under Jeff’s leadership, SIA has built an elite team of former Navy SEALs, law enforcement officers, legal experts, and cyber specialists.

Life of Valor (2012-Present): A faith-based initiative helping men navigate marriage, fatherhood, career, and personal integrity through large-scale events, mentorship, and coaching.

Speaking & Coaching

Jeff is a sought-after keynote speaker, leadership coach, and mentor, delivering high-impact talks on resilience, discipline, security, and faith-based leadership. His speaking engagements range from corporate events and military conferences to churches and sports teams, inspiring individuals to embrace discipline, accountability, and purpose-driven leadership.

Family & Legacy

Above all, Jeff’s greatest commitment is to his family. He and his wife, Dr. Robin Ihnfeldt-Bramstedt, along with their four children Micah, Sam, Annie, and Adrian, are at the center of everything he does. They reside in Point Loma, San Diego, where Jeff continues to balance his business ventures, humanitarian efforts, and mentorship programs with his role as a devoted husband and father.

“Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact. Whether in the SEAL Teams, business, or life, success comes from discipline, integrity, and service.” – Jeff Bramstedt.
